Purpose

Companies where the mission matters

Babbel made language learning accessible to millions. tonies created a screen-free audio world for children. The through-line is digital products that serve real life — products that families and communities actually live with, not just transact on. Purpose is what makes me stay through the hard parts.

Mandate

Transformation, not incremental improvement

Building a product-technology function from strong foundations, deepening the consumer relationship, scaling across markets. That is the mandate I have been preparing for. What got the company here does not get it there.

Growth

The learning curve is where I do my best work

What makes a move worth making is the mandate and purpose, combined with the chance to step up to C-level scope — whether the title reads CPO, CTPO, or VP, the work is the same. The learning curve is where I do my best work. Staying resourceful yet curious, resilient yet empathetic — that is how I have created the most value across countries, cultures, and companies.
