Δ Transform product, design & tech teams to AI-native

In 2026, 70% on each team use AI. Only 5% change how the team works.

That 5% is where AI-native actually begins. Product Builder is designed to grow it — and bring the other 65% with them.

Builder Impact · the capability framework

How far does your impact reach?

Not a course ladder — a capability framework. Each level is a maturity stage: what you can do, and how far the impact reaches — your work → your team → your org. We teach it hands-on, on a real case in your own organisation.

Practitioner

impact your work

By week three you'll ship from a real customer insight to a working prototype — solo.

  • Customer insights
  • Backlog intelligence
  • Design system
  • Shared context
  • Shipped capstone

Apply Practise on Pace, then a real case from your own backlog.

Architect

impact your team

You'll hand your team a harness that runs your workflow without you in the room.

  • Tokenomics
  • Training forward
  • Performance feedback
  • Agentic pipelines
  • Evals & guardrails

Apply Practise on Pace, then your team's real stack.

Lead

impact your org

You'll lead the AI-native shift across your team — and show leadership it stuck.

  • Organisation design
  • Role descriptions
  • Assessment
  • Standards & governance
  • Adoption measurement

How it works

Product Builder is designed to move the whole team.

Grow the 5% into Leads and Architects, and bring the 65% with them as Practitioners. Not a course — a toolkit: locate the team, define the roles, build hands-on, prove it.

  1. Locate

    AI-native assessment

Place every person on the framework — the split you actually have.

  2. Define

    Builder roles

Responsibilities + capabilities to append to each role card.

  3. Build

    Hands-on training

Build the real thing on your own backlog — not slideware.

  4. Prove

    Capstone projects

Ship a real outcome, credentialed — tied to the work, not attendance.

The redistribution Product Builder is built to deliver
Path-setters · 5% Adopters · 65% Resisters · 30% Leads · 15% Architects · 20% Practitioners · 53% Following · 12%
The evidence

Adoption is scaling. Enterprise value isn't.

  • 44% of companies are scaling AI enterprise-wide — only 37% see a positive EBIT impact.
  • 80% say AI makes them more productive individually. Enterprise EBIT: essentially flat.
  • AI high performers redesign how work gets done ~3× more than everyone else.
  • The real constraint is the organisation’s ability to absorb change — not AI capability.

The gap isn't the tools — it's translation. Individual productivity never became enterprise value.

The method

Why Product Builder doesn't offer standard courses

A standard course teaches tools on a toy problem, then leaves. We don't — for three reasons.

  1. Hands-on, always

You build the real thing in the room — customer insight to shipped prototype. No slideware, nothing you just sit and watch.

  2. Custom-built for your org

Bring a team and every session is shaped to your stack, your backlog and your design system — not a generic sandbox.

  3. Taught by a practitioner

20+ years shipping product, still hands-on. You learn judgment from someone who does the work — not a course reseller.

For teams

What changes for your team

01

Workflow, not demos

PMs ship a clean backlog. Designers ship critic-guarded screens. Your team wires it to real data. Everything is your team's real artifacts, on a shared case product.

02

Compound the context

Projects + skills + prompt libraries that survive the cohort. Your team leaves with a working scaffold — not a list of tools.

03

Judgement signed

Outputs are artifacts. Judgement is the commitment. We build the discipline of putting your name on what AI produced.

Prasad Gupte
Your instructor & coach

Twenty years building product. Still in the room.

I'm a builder, not a course reseller. Across five industries and three countries I've gone from embedded engineer to VP of Digital Products — shipping consumer hardware and software at tonies (100M+ units), scaling subscription revenue past €230M at Babbel, and hiring 15+ PMs who now lead their own teams.

For two years I've been taking a real product org AI-native — in production, not a slide deck. This Lab is that work, distilled: the exact workflows, Claude skills and evals I run with my own team, taught hands-on.

I'm an ICF-certified coach, and I've mentored product leaders through Mentoring Club, Plato and Vodafone's F-Lane accelerator. Harvard Business School (GMP); engineering at BITS Pilani.
