MCP traffic is up over 20x in the last three months. Agents are now a material slice of how products get used.

That was a key insight from Amplitude’s Customer Advisory Board in London last week — a room of Product, Engineering and Revenue leaders walking us through the future of Amplitude × Statsig and their internal AI-native development model.

In the room, function and title aside, everyone showed up as a builder. Execs debugging prompts. EAs drafting agent flows. The line between strategist and practitioner had quietly disappeared.

AI is pushing us to do less, more meaningful stuff. A small tile in my hotel room made the point: “1 less thing.” Leave behind what you don’t need.

The forward bet pulling the most energy in the room: synthetic users and behavior twins. Validating hypotheses against simulated cohorts before a real user sees the release. Discovery in hours, not sprints.

One less thing between you and the ship.
