What this programme is
A 14-hour live bootcamp. Your team will build and show leadership a working AI-native workflow — backlog intelligence → mobile prototype → wired integration — using the tools you already have.
Three milestones, chosen with your leadership and tuned with input from your design lead:
- M1 · Intelligence cleanup (the Aha! Administrative Intelligence Agent) — turning a messy backlog into structured findings, fast.
- M2 · Mobile prototype — proactive, in-flow AI-native UX using Figma Make. Not a desktop replication on a phone.
- M3 · AI/API integration — wiring a prototype to live data via MCP. Real receipts: cost, latency, eval rubric.
How we work
Every session has the same shape:
- Open with a frame and a quick warm-up.
- Prasad demos the pattern on Pace (our case product — see the About Pace page).
- You apply the pattern in your environment, with Prasad circulating to unblock.
- Each session ends with a named aha moment and a shareable takeaway.
7 teach-and-build sessions (90 min each) where we learn and build together, plus 4 clinic sessions (60 min each) for hands-on practice.
